CI “470” MERCRIUISER Complete Rebuilds Includes:
~Disassemble,
clean and inspect all components
~Magnaflux cylinder head for cracks and recondition,
as necessary
~Bore and hone cylinder bores to accept oversize
pistons
~Align, hone main bearing bores to restore factory
specs
~Deck block and cylinder head to assure proper
gasket seal
~Resize connecting rod big end with new bolts and
nuts
~Install new pistons on connecting rods
~Grind crankshaft to specific undersize to maintain
bearing clearance
~Assemble complete engine from oil pan to valve
cover*
~Prime oil system to prevent dry start up
